In Life Artist/Writer

Don't let the photo fool you.  I am actually a very sweet, caring, and loving person. I also teach 8th graders, and this is my fierce Viking pose to keep them all on task.  No.  I really don't use this in class. This just happened to be taken on Hat Day.

I am a teacher, school counselor, artist, writer, and all the other labels that go along with relationship roles, i.e. wife, mother, friend, etc.  I love what I do in every aspect of life.

I have been in education since 1992 as a teacher and school counselor in Texas and Colorado.

I have been a writer since I learned to write my A,B,Cs.  I am currently working on writing three books.  Yes, all at the same time.  It has not been easy, but my brain works in mysterious ways and is always cranking out new ideas for each of the manuscripts.
